When we use PITTA intentionally, we create worlds. Within and without. PITTA energizes, uplifts, directs, and purifies.

Today, remind yourself of your internal fire. Your internal waters. And use both to set a powerful intention for today. In teacher trainings, we explore how the doshas work with each other for synergy, in our bodies, minds, and in the world. It’s a journey of deep internal reflection and expansion.
