What’s included

  • Intention guideds our attention. Each day, start the day in contemplation, or end the day in reflection.

  • A gallery of the poses from the sequence.

I heard something one time, I forget where, but it’s too important to not say. Motivation is only found when we move away from something…inspiration is moving towards something.

This means, if your nervous system is safe where you are, it’s difficult to change it. This is why people don’t change until remaining the same is too painful.

As someone who’s been guiding people back into their body for over 11 years..I have seen people come and go to movement, exercise, yoga.

The key to doing it, is in devotion, not discipline. Devotion implies that you’re guided by what you will gain from it, rather than what you avoid.

It’s abundance versus lack, union versus separation. When you do it because you’re devoted…you don’t stop. You evolve, your grow, you adapt…but your “doing” of the thing doesn’t stop.
