Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 25 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes can be booked on our app or on a first-come, first-served basis, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 
 

Power1

Wednesdays, Sundays
20:00-21:00

A foundational power vinyasa yoga class that follows the same sequence methodology every time. Set to contemporary music. Difficulty: Level 1 (easy)

Power Hour (HOT)

Tuesdays 20:00-21:00

Fridays 16:45-17:45

60 minutes of full out power. Spend more time building, and sealing the foundation while enhancing skills such as arm balances and other yoga poses. Difficulty: Level 1-2 (intermediate)

WeFlowHARD (HOT)

Thursdays 20:00-21:00

A heated power vinyasa flow. The whole class has a cardio element, so you spend the whole hour flowing through a sequence, one breath one move. Prepare to sweat, and huff and puff and leave feeling energized and on FIRE. Difficulty: Level 2-3 (advanced)

RISE

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Welcome to your perfect morning workout. During this power yoga flow we wake the body, fire it up and leave you feeling sweaty, enegized and ready for your day. Difficulty: Level 1-2 (intermediate)

 

SMWYP

Saturdays
09:00-10:00

This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class, it’s a party. We are not lying, class gets full so secure your spot. Note. it’s not appropriate for beginners. Difficulty: Level 2-3 (advanced)

 

Power2

Mondays 20:00-21:00

In this class we solidify the foundation built in Power1, and build on that foundation by introducing weight transfer and balance challenges.

Difficulty: Level 1-2 (intermediate)
