All of our trainers have been through our NPY Power Vinyasa training, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and how to move the body safely. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to tailor your pratice to your body.

Caroline is our resident hard-ass. Her classes will have you sweating, huffing and puffing for sure. Then, you’ll leave feeling empowered because Caroline always helps you push through mental barriers you set for yourself.

Ole Løvvold

In his signature Power Hour class Ole will help you find strength in body and mind. His classes always puts emphasis on building a foundation for moving with control. You’ll leave feeling powerful and capable.
