CLASSES AT THE CENTER ARE ALWAYS IN ENGLISH (MULTIPLE NATIONALITIES PRESENT) AND ARE ALWAYS A DIALOGUE WHERE STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE.

Meet the Team

  • A woman with a dream, a vision, and a mission to impact 1000s of lives, she has already accomplished all of those.

    When you meet caroline, you understand why NPY has the energy and the community everyone talks about. Her warmth, her energy, her presence stays with you far beyond the class, the training, or the time you spend with her.

    After more than 6000 hours spent teaching private and group classes, she has found her style. Each class is different, yet has the same predictable flow and style.
    She wants her students to develop sovereignty and autonomy in their physical practice and encourages them to explore their expression over “correct alignment.”

  • Thorough, methodical, precise, Ole’s classes are for the ones dedicated to the physical foundation in their practice.

    Upon meeting Ole you will be amazed at his kindness, his stable demeanor, and his passion for his student’s success.

    He loves to encourage his students to believe in themselves, believes that the body can master anything given the right input.
